If it does not, see our support pages for how to allow the dialer to load here Desktop (software) dialer - You can download the Advanced Sip desktop dialer here for Free! All numbers should be dialled as you would with a regular phone, including any international prefix (such as 00, or 011). You can dial 00 or 011, both will work - we have allowed both so you can dial numbers exactly as you would with a regular phone. For example, You can use the * and # while in conversation to access additional telephone features such as voicemail options and call centre options (if supported by the number you are calling). 
Advanced SIP Dialer Features: How It Works Free Calls IGoPhone Free CallsAll IGoCall customers can now make and receive free calls from other IGoCall customers! There is no additional configuration required for the use of this service. It is free and automatically enabled for you when you get your IGoCall account! To make a call to another user, just dial their 7 digit user ID. For example, if their ID is 1234567, you would dial 1234567. These free calls can be made from the web dialer, desktop dialer and any registered SIP hardware device. To receive a call, just ensure you are logged in and the dialer will display that you have an incoming call. Just click 'answer' and you will be connected. If you have a hardware device it will ring, just as a normal phone (assuming your device supports incoming calls). How It Works for Global Callback To Make Call via SMS CallbackYou can start a callback phone call by sending an SMS (text) to our network from your mobile phone. The number to send the SMS to is: +6590838659 basically you send a message containing your username and password followed by the two numbers you want to be called - usually your own number and the number of the person you want to talk to. This basic format is used as follows: username password 006512345678 006511223344 006512345678 - should be replaced by the number you want to originate the call 006511223344 - should be replaced by the number you want to call to Once your SMS is received on our network your username and password are validated and if cleared the 2 calls are made - one to each of the numbers you specified, then wait for a few seconds for the system to call to you back, your phone will ring, pickup and wait to be connected to called party. When both calls are answered you will be connected and able to talk. Again, please note that you will be charged for each call individually regardless of whether the other call is answered or not. Shorter formats - Associating your mobile phone number To shorten the SMS message you need to send you can associate a mobile number with an account so your account is automatically recognized when an SMS is received by our server. It can be configured by going to http://callback.igocall.com/ and clicking on the 'SMS callback settings' option and key in your IGoCall Username and password. Once you have logged in to the SMS callback settings page you can enter your mobile number into the box and click on the button marked 'Authorize'. When this is completed you can use the following short formats: 0006512345678 006511223344 this option will recognize your mobile number and authorize you and then will dial and connect the 2 specified numbers or 006511223344 with this option you do not need to include your username or password as it will recognize your number and validate you that way. The above option will use your mobile number as the origination number. To Trigger A Call Over the Web To use the Web callback service:1. Logon on to http://callback.igocall.com/ 2. Login with your IGoCall username and password 3. Key in your number as 'source phone' 4. Key in the number you want to call as 'destination phone' 5. Click 'connect' Remember you must key in the access code (00) + country code + area code + phone number. The first phone will ring and should be answered. The second call will then be initiated (there will be silence on the caller's side whilst the second call is being established. This is normal). Both parties should hang up the phone to terminate each call. Remember that each call is billed separately. Within a few seconds of the call being initiated, the web page will refresh, allowing you to place further calls from the website. Then wait for a few seconds for the system to call to you back, your phone will ring, pickup and wait to be connected to called party. When both calls are answered you will be connected and able to talk. The account stays logged in until you click 'exit' so if using a public computer, remember to logout before you walk away!
